Imagine if someone worked long hours and neglected their personal life because they were so committed to achieving their professional goals. They may believe that doing this is what it takes to fulfill their aspirations, but if they neglect their loved ones, they risk missing out on significant events and opportunities. In a similar vein, if someone prioritizes their financial success over their health, they may develop health problems that limit their ability to appreciate their achievement.
It means that you can make all the plans you want for yourself, but life probably has a completely different set of plans. Everyone has been let down at one time or another when their life hasn’t quite gone the way they would like. I know my life is far from what I had planned and I’m sure a lot of people have had that happen to them, too. Life molds you as time goes on changing your life as it sees fit. Hell, I had planned a life where I am self-sufficient and could take care of my family . Instead, I’m on disability and must depend on my family for help. Life is what happens to you when you’re busy making other plans.
